EV Route Planner and Charging Feature Issues on Macan E

I recently took delivery of my new Porsche Macan Electric Turbo, and so far, it’s been an amazing experience, better than I expected! I’m running into a couple of challenges and was hoping for some guidance:

Apple EV Route Planner: I was looking forward to using Apple’s EV route planning feature, but I can’t seem to get it to work with the Macan Electric. Is it just not supported, or am I missing a step?

Plug & Charge Issue: Within the PCM, the Plug & Charge option is grayed out, and I can’t enable it in the My Porsche app either. Under the “Account/Charging Service” section, it says, “Please activate Plug & Charge for your Porsche Charging Service contract.” Any advice on how to get this feature working?

Apple EV Route Planner is indeed on the roadmap for the Macan Electric, slated for a future software update. They confirmed it's already prepped on their end, so we should see it rolling out soon. Now, about that pesky Plug and Charge issue, your dealer has to do some magic on their end to get it working. The need to initiate to unblock it and reset it after it’s unblocked. Hope this helps.
