Curious about this painted key fob

I'm picking up my new Macan this weekend, but I was bummed to find out I couldn't get the painted key. Has anyone else gotten one? Or can I order it later when they're not having those supply chain problems?
 
If you ever find yourself with a little extra cash burning a hole in your pocket and need to spend it on some cool stuff, check out Suncoast! They have some awesome stuff there.
 
I don't think they are getting any new orders for it. The reason is simple - not so many buy it.

Yeah, some people have gotten their fobs painted, but it's kinda like luck of the draw right now. It depends on where you live and if your dealer even has any.

You could ask your dealer after you get the car if they can order one later.

Or, there are places that can paint your fob to match your car. Not official, but it might be an option.
 
Oh man, I’d love to add this to my order, but the price is where I draw the line, haha. No way I’m buying some knockoff junk off eBay either, so looks like I’m stuck with a good ol’ boring standard fob for now! 😅
