Looking to deck out my Macan 4 for weekend adventures. The Taycan has that sweet rear-mounted bike rack, but it seems like you gotta plan for it from the factory. Anyone know if Porsche has a similar option in the works for the Macan 4, or am I stuck with the usual hitch-mounted rack?

If Porsche doesn’t release a factory option, a hitch-mounted rack is your best bet for now. They’re sturdy, versatile, and way easier to find. Plus, some models fold away for better access to the trunk. Unless you’re set on that sleek factory look, I’d go hitch and save the wait!

I totally get the appeal of a rear-mounted rack...Unfortunately, Porsche doesn’t offer a rear-mounted bike rack for the Macan 4 at the moment, and it seems like you’ll be stuck with the hitch-mounted option for now. You might want to keep an eye on future accessory releases though, it’s always possible they’ll add something down the line.

Yeah, integrated racks are awesome! I've always preferred those. But I'm not sure if Porsche's planning anything for the Macan 4. Hitch rack might be the only way to go

it looks like for the Macan 4 we're back to basics with a hitch-mounted bike rack. Disappointing right? I meanwho wouldn't prefer that sleek integrated look like the Taycan? But here's the thing what are your thoughts on hitch-mounted racks? Any favorites? And more importantly, are you with me in hoping Porsche surprises us with an integrated option down the road? What kind of features would you want to see if they did?
