What do you think about the Porsche Macan? I haven't heard too many problems with the Taycan, but I'm not sure about the Macan. I'm not gonna buy one, but I'm curious what others think.

I’ve had a chance to test drive the Porsche Macan, and I was impressed by its agility and smooth handling, especially for an SUV. The interior felt premium, and the ride was comfortable. The only drawback I noticed was a slight delay in the infotainment system, but overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a sporty, luxury SUV.

I have a 2017 Macan GTS. It's a great SUV, but the backseat is pretty small. It might be a tight fit for car seats or older kids. I think of it more as a two-seater with extra space for stuff.

I've been lucky enough to drive both the Audi Q5 and the Porsche Macan, and while the Macan is undeniably sporty, I found myself leaning towards the Q5. Audi just seems to have a slight edge in terms of overall refinement, especially when it comes to the infotainment system. It's more intuitive and user-friendly than the one in the Macan, in my opinion. Plus, the Q5 just feels a bit more polished overall.

The Macan 4 will be the first car I keep for more than 3 years. Hopefully, Porsche’s quality will make my 5-year lease smooth, so I can switch to something else when it’s up.

I've got a Macan, and honestly, it's more about the looks than being a sports car. So, if going with the base model means you can get the color, wheels, and other extras you're after, I'd say do it. My wife and I got ours in Chalk, and I love the way it looks. We get compliments on the color all the time, and nobody ever asks if it's the S. Plus, for everyday driving, the base model has plenty of performance – I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
